Bluebeam is Freezing

Bluebeam is regularly freezing every minute or so. This happens regardless of whether I'm accessing a Studio session on the network, a normal file on the network, or even a local file on my laptop

What version..
Exact build number..

Also what created the original PDF..

Freeze every 45-60 seconds regardless of PDF location?

Basically create a new pdf - keep it local..

Now still freezing  or just bigger files?

Are you using your own Enterprise server or "the cloud" (studio.bluebeam.com)?
