Title: Item with Same Key

I am getting the following Bluebeam Revu x64: Error  "An item with the same key has already been added."  This appears when opening a session.  Some sessions are new to me and many are sessions in which I have previously worked.  Once I click OK, the message goes away.  Then, when hovering over a file in the documents list, the small preview looks normal, however, when attempting to open it, I get a blank document.  Sometimes a few, but not all, of my comments from a prior log-in appear.

I am currently using Bluebeam Revu 2017.0.40.  It has been uninstalled with all files and registry keys/information removed before reinstalling the software.  My IT person also downloaded and installed the 2019 trial version, but the same issue occurs.
