I have a user who is getting this very strange message when attempting to use Studio sessions despite being definitely connected to the Internet:
"Oh no, it seems you cannot join this currently because you are offline. Go online to check and get access. Be sure to also have Internet access."
Has anyone seen this before?
The wording is so odd that I thought it was fake at first. Screenshot attached.
