Title: Transferring files within Studio to between folders
Post by: BBPadawan on January 25, 2018, 09:41:15 AM
I'm tasked with re-organizing hundreds of files within Studio from 1 folder to another.
I don't have the source files, so I've been individually downloading and re-uploading each file.
To make matters worse, it doesn't look like I can highlight all files and click download once.

Is there a way to transfer files? I can't just click and drag them to the desired folder. Can't mass download.
This feels very tedious. Any tips?

Sorry, pretty old question maybe this will help others whit what I've learned.

You can only mass download folders from Studio.
I've used this approach to copy files from one folder to a holding folder in a Studio, then download that single folder.

If you Cut the folders within a Project and Paste to another within a folder, you retain the revision history. if you Copy and Paste you loose the revision history.
