I have been intermittently losing connection to my Revu sessions. I am trying to track down the cause. We are not experiencing any other internet related issued so I don't think our internet connection is involved. I can't seem to find a commonality to when it happens, just curious if anyone has been experiencing the same thing or if there are any suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

I have seen that it is true and believe in this.

Is there an error message that pops up when the connection is lost? If so can you link the error message next time it happens with a screen shot? It might be easier to diagnose this way!

You can also check the log files under Bluebeam Administrator to see if an error was recorded.
