Title: Tracking Studio Sessions

Hi there,

My department is pretty new to Bluebeam. People are having trouble tracking multiple Studio sessions. Part of the problem is they are not joining the session when they receive the email invitation, then time passes by and the invitation gets buried in their email. I was curious if anyone has any solutions for tracking Studio sessions and their expiration dates outside of Bluebeam.

Each person "hosting" a Bluebeam Studio Session can login at the studio server URL "studio.bluebeam.com" using their normal credentials and be able to access a list of the active and past sessions. It might not contain all the information you're looking for but it's a great place to start. -Terry
