Stapler

Trying to use Stapler, but all time receive error - No converter is available for this type. All xlsx, xls, doc, docx. For pdf all works great.
I got newest version, tried many times Bluebeam Administrator, copied even appdata and program data from different workstation, no results.
I have 2016 office and 2016 project on this pc, because of project and office same year, I needed to interrupt in registry to install them both, maybe it broke something
No proper solutions how manually add  add-ins (if it works), maybe any ideas, how fix stapler.

There is an issue with converting some Word documents, it's unclear if they're planning to fix it. I have been having to go to the other application & print using "Bluebeam PDF" as the printer.
