Plugin in MS Power point has stopped working
« on: March 27, 2019, 08:12:44 AM »

My Revu plugin in MS Powerpoint has stopped working.  I have used Bluebeam Administrator to remove and reinstall it.  After the reinstall, if I click on "Create PDF" or "Change Settings" in the Powerpoint toolbar, I get the spinning donut cursor for a couple seconds and then nothing happens.  Any further clicks on these options results in nothing happening - not even the spinning donut cursor - until I deactivate and activate again.  Just checked and the same is happening in Outlook.  Thoughts?  Suggestions?

You can try going to the following location and double clicking the file named BBPrint.exe. Then go back to PP or Outlook and see if it is working again.

C:\Program Files\Bluebeam Software\Bluebeam Revu\2017\Revu

That seems to have done it!  Thanks!

So what the heck is BBPrint.exe?  ;)

It is the Bluebeam printer application. It is their software that runs in the background and allows you to "print" to PDF.

If you go to the Windows Task Manager and click more details at the bottom, you should see a background process called "BBPrint Application" running.
