Set bookmarks in initial open view in 2018.6

In previous version of Revu (and Acrobat) I can set the initial view when I open a PDF that the bookmarks tab is automatically opened (document property in older versions). How do I set the this view in 2018.6?

If you click on the word "Bookmarks" at the top of the bookmarks panel "save collapase state" is one of the options. I have noticed it will sometimes change immediately to another configuration after being saved but that if you close Bluebeam and re-open the doc it will appear correctly.
