Markups don't "stick" on a "found" document
« on: April 23, 2019, 10:07:57 AM »

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.  If you search an entire set for a term and a sheet (or sheets) come up and you place a markup on that sheet and then close it, it asks if you want to save.  If you say yes, then go to open that sheet from the actual set list, the sheet reopens but the markups are no longer there.

In looking closer, it looks like in the search results it opens a temp version of the sheet and saves any markups/changes to that temp version and NOT the actual sheet.  That seems pretty counter intuitive top me.

An interesting side note, after I make a change to a "found sheet" and close and save it, and then hover my cursor over that sheet in the sheet list, a preview of the sheet pops up and the added markups ARE on that preview.  But as soon as I click the sheet name to open it, the markups disappear from the preview, the preview closes and the sheet opens and the markups aren't there.

I guess the gist is that you shouldn't make markups on a "found sheet".
