Alignment of Sketch to Scale markups

Alex.N:
1. Two rectangles created with Sketch to Scale tool.
2. Two rectangles aligned center/middle with alignment tool.
3. Measured distance shows shapes are not aligned.

The above sequence is repeated with regular rectangle tool rather than Sketch to Scale rectangle and is aligned perfectly every time.

How can I sketch two shapes with specified dimensions and align them in Revu?

When I work through your work flow, I don't seem to get this issue.

How are you measuring them to show shapes aren't aligned?
