Ability to change default font in Signature Appearance

The Signature Appearance defaults to the Helvetica font for the text within the signature block.  The font size can be changed, but not the default font. 

We have a client that is having difficulty with review software compatibility with our Digitally signed pdf's due to the font.

Seems like the default font for the signature block should be something that can be changed as part of the Signature Appearance.
