Help - Copying Form Fields From One PDF to Another

Hello!

I'm trying to copy a set of form textboxes from one pdf to another. While the boxes copy successfully, they don't retain the names they had from the original form nor the properties--including any formatting or calculations put in the fields. Is there a way I can copy the textboxes and their properties? Thanks in advance.
