Title: Button Creation in BlueBeam Extreme 2018
Post by: zellmichael47 on July 02, 2019, 12:01:30 PM
Hello,
I am having trouble learning to use the buttons and exploring the features of opening files etc.. This is what I am trying to make:

I would like to make a PDF title page several buttons that represent other PDF files. When I click the button, it must insert the corresponding PDF into the same PDF after the title page. (Preferably I would like the PDF to open without leaving the title page. When I open a PDF, it always shows the PDF I just opened. I would like it to open in the "background" so that I don't need to click back to the title page).

I am not sure which action to use when creating the button, if it is possible to "insert" the file to the end of the PDF, or if it is possible to have a PDF open without having to leave the current page.

Thank you!

Check out Revu Scripting Commands - specifically the InsertPages command and see if that will do what you need.
