My boss has just posed a scenario I didn't have an immediate answer to, so I thought I would throw it out here while I research.

When you create a PDF file in Revu, you have the WHITE area where the contents live surrounded by the GREY area (what I am calling the "pasteboard").  My boss places items on the pasteboard and every now and then wants to print the contents (WHITE area) and the pasteboard (GREY area) on one sheet at once.  Is there a way to print all markups - even the ones on the pasteboard?

the only way I can think of is to print and window anything outside the sheet on the pasteboard and custom scale or scale to fit.
