Comparing Markups using Page Overlay
« on: November 01, 2023, 01:51:06 PM »

I am trying to get a feel for the page overlay function in Revu 20...
I am trying to compare two files where the background content is the Bluebeam 'Sample' file, and I have created a markup which has differences between the two file versions.

Even if I flatten the files with the markups, I cannot get the markups to show up in the page overlay result.  The sample file background shows up, but the markups do not.

I would have thought that, once flattened, the markups would behave just like any other part of a PDF drawing.

Can someone explain what I'm not understanding here?

Have you tried deselecting "Allow Markup Recovery (Unflatten)" when you flatten the markups?
