Associating a value to your count tool
« on: November 14, 2017, 01:39:59 PM »

I am wondering if there is an efficient method of assigning a value to a single "Count" markup. For Example, I have one typical floor that represent 11 more above it. Can I make one red check mark account of a value of 11?

If I am understanding what you are asking, I don't see a way to change a place count from "1" to "11" for a single "checkmark".  What you could do is create a custom column and set it as a formula with the expression "Count * 11".  I tried this with six checkmarks on a sheet (count of 6) and in the custom column in said "66".  Then I "Split All" on that count and got 6 entries in the markup list all with a count of "11".  If I just place a single mark with a count of "1" - it reads "11" in the custom column.

Does that help?
