Title: Cannot edit see legend properties and edit

I have been able to do this before. After adding toolbox symbols to document. I would create a legend on the page. I would then right click on legend and select properties to edit what pages the legend went to and also what name of legend was and add or delete column information. Now with this document and older documents that have legends I created before when I go to properties, the properties window shows file attachments, File properties and tags. How do I get to the full properties window of a legend?

I am not sure what fixed the issue. When came into office today the properties for Legend is working correctly now.

The good old "turn it off and back on again" works again!! :)
