For the life of me, I can't see where the zoom percentage is shown (am I at 150%, 250%, 400% Zoom?).

In my toolbar, to see what I see is in attached images, see (I just noticed you can Click on the image to enlarge):

I found a reference online that shows a "Zoom List". What I've found online Bluebeam Revu 2017 though. Revu documentation online is often so unclear. It's difficult to find answers that are beyond the surface / basic functions. In attached image see: chrome_2020-07-21_14-55-24.png

Great question. If you go to the Tools>Toolbars>Customize
In the resulting window select the View category from the Categories pulldown.
In the Toolbar section to the right make sure the Navigation Bar is turned on and selected. This will show the tools that are currently on that toolbar.
under the Commands under the View Category, select the Scale tool from the list and hit the arrow in the middle to add it to the Items in the Toolbar.

Hope that makes sense!

I followed the instructions but nothing happened after I checked the scale tool. I also closed and re-opened BlueBeam

Check and see if you have the Navigation bar turned on. Tools > Toolbars or hit F4. This should add a bar across the bottom when you have a document open. In that bar, you'll see several ways to navigate through a document including the scale.
