This can viewed as a heads-up more than a tip but it may be useful to some.
If you are going to re-print a pdf, make sure that Disable Line Weights is uh... disabled...
When Disable Line Weight is enabled, the line thicknesses of the pdf are all the same BUT NOT ONLY when looking at the document with Bluebeam but when using the program to print as well!
So far, I haven't seen an option to ignore this and keep the line weight are supposed to be.

In 2018, under the view tab, should be the last one.

You can go to View>Disable Line Weights all the way at the bottom.

There is also a circle with a slash through it on your bottom bar. See attached screenshot.
