Title: Bluebeam Community Forum Shut Down
Post by: Steve on February 05, 2018, 12:24:10 PM
On this day (February 15) in 2017 Bluebeam shutdown its Community Forum.  It is still there and can be searched (for now) but you can't post any new questions or responses.  That action was responsible for the creation of this new, user-based forum.

No real reason was ever given for the shutdown other than a vague statement that included things like "to make room for better ways to serve the Bluebeam community in the future" and to "provide new ways to connect you with other Bluebeam users and to the information you need. "  Well, one year later and none of that has happened.

Let's be honest - the real reason the Bluebeam Community Forum was probably shutdown was to drive users of the software to need to subscribe (pay) for the maintenance plan to get fast support as a method of revenue generation for Bluebeam.
