Disable Double-click Zoom
« on: April 20, 2023, 11:51:30 AM »

Oddly, I cannot even find a single reference to this feature after numerous attempted google searches.

Right now, if I double click in a PDF, anywhere in the pdf, it opens a little up/down graphic that allows me to then click and drag that to zoom in and out. I often open this accidentally and I wish I could uncheck a box somewhere that allows for me to disable the clickable zooming, or the non-wheel zooming, or w/e the option might be called.

After my complete inability to even find a reference to this capability, it makes me concerned it has something to do with my computer, but my boss has this same feature and he actually likes it and uses it. I, tho, am used to autocad, and find my wheel 100% sufficient for my browsing needs.

Hi,
This is the tablet zoom feature. It took me a while to find it as well....

If you go into Preferences > Window > Tablet, you can uncheck the "Enable Tablet Zoom Feature".

Hope this helps!

Yes, perfect, that's it!! Thank you very much.

I knew there was an option somewhere... (My old computer didn't do it, so I had turned it off somehow lol)
