Hello,
Every time I try to print to my printer the popup "The PDF printer could not be installed. Please check the settings in the Bluebeam Administrator and reinstall the printer to continue" comes up. I have followed this step. I went into Bluebeam Administrator, went to the printer tab, and pressed "Reinstall Printer", (There is no name in my printer name box). After that, it says "Printer Reinstall Failed". I have even tried restarting under port monitor but nothing changes. I'm sure I am missing a simple step, but I cannot figure out what exactly that is.
