"Add Space" icon is grey and cannot be clicked

I'm trying to add a space to a bluebeam session but it when I click on the spaces tab the "Add Space" icon is greyed out and cannot be clicked.  What do I do to let Bluebeam create spaces?

Studio Sessions are very restrictive when trying to make modifications to the file. You most likely have to pull the document out of the Session, add the Space, and then re-upload the document into the Session. It's best to set up the file the way you want it before starting a Session.
