Batch Sign and Seal
« on: October 14, 2018, 03:00:34 PM »

Why can't I simultaneously apply an appearance when I certify Drawings via Batch Sign and Seal, but I can apply an appearance while certifying a Drawing individually? This is the case for both 2017 and 2018 Revu Extreme.

In 2018 I can make due, albeit with an extra, seemingly unnecessary step, because I can batch certify first (and allow for signatures), then batch sign to apply an appearance to the certified documents, but in 2017 it won't let me sign a certified document despite having selected the "allow signatures" dropdown when certifying.

It would be lovely to 1) make this a single step process (I'm not sure why I can do both at the same time like I can with the manual process). and 2) fix the bug in 2017.

Thanks,

Matt
