Revu re-alphabetizes Autocad layout names
« on: March 07, 2018, 10:13:48 AM »

In Autocad, we name each layout with the notations of R, A, C, F and L - in that order on screen.  There may be a R-1, R-2, etc and a C-1, C-1.1, C-1.3, C-2 etc.  Our layout tab names auto-populate our title block sheet name field.  We always want them in this order.  However, when we print to PDF with Revu, it re-alphabetizes the order into A, C, F, L, R.  And within each letter category, Revu will move C10, C-10.1, C-10.2 to between C-1 and C-2.  This means for large drawing sets that may contain hundreds of sheets / layouts, we spend a good deal of time reorganizing the order of the sheets back into the order we had in Autocad in the final PDF.  Revu is the only print to PDF utility we have used that does this.  Revu *should* print the pages in the order of the layout tabs and NOT re-alphabetize them.  I  reported this to Bluebeam over a year ago as we have the maintenance plan.  But got no real response other than "we'll pass it on to the developers".  And the issue is still there.
