Bluebeam template does not appear in list after importing new template

Hi,
Trying to set up a new template so that I can create a new pdf from a template, but adding pdfs to the template folder is not working. It just doesn't appear. I've tried shortening the name in case it was the length of the file path but that wasn't it. Doesn't seem to matter what pdf I try to make a new template.

Anyone come across anything similar?

The problem was the document title (found in file properties) was overriding the file name, so it was actually working, but coming in under a random name that I didn't click on
