This community forum is not associated with company that maintains or provided Bluebeam Revu.
Bluebeam originally had a forum for users to post thought, ideas and problems, etc. I believe one user's passion created this forum because there was a void, and they find enjoyment in sharing information like others on this forum.
This is solely supported by those active users passionate to share their time, experiences, frustrations, anything they want.
We can only help each other to better utilize the tool and work through issues we maybe have had that were similar.
The hope is maybe Bluebeam is reading items here and considering them.
Your question might be better to elevate to the Bluebeam Support team or Suggestions on their website. They are who you gave money to for the software purchase.
