Bluebeam properties toolbar gets "stuck" on dimension properties

As the title indicates, the properties toolbar will get stuck when I use the dimension tool. It's supposed to change when I use another shape and try to modify its appearance. For some reason, every time i use the dimension tool, it gets stuck on the dimension properties and it won't change.
