Hello,

Is anyone using bluebeam for task management?

The life cycle of a project from Contract Signature to file upload within bluebeam, to permit request, project kick off, onsite kickoff,  could easily be managed within the studio platform...I think.

Much like the markups being tracked on who completes what this would have a similar function (and would save us having to buy yet more software). Is anyone doing this? Is there an easy way to do it? We would essentially develop a form with our essential tasks and then depending on who checks off the task being done a date would be assigned to it. Help?

I've not done this, but I think something very basic could be set up with forms (and probably needing some Javascript).  I think it just matters what all you want to do and what you need to track and how you want to track it.  But I don't think Revu could come anywhere near what a full blown project management software package could do.
