Version 2018 - Multiple Clicking/Selection bugs

My 2018 Revu (perpetual license) running on Windows 11 suddenly has multiple strange clicking bugs. I've already installed and reinstalled Revu and updating Windows to no avail. Here are the bugs I'm experiencing:

- Call out tool - When I click the screen to place it, the callout appears on the other side of the document with a very large text box.
- Text tool - When I click the screen to place the text box, it is invisible. I need to first hit esp and then reselect the text box before it lets me add text.
- Polyline tool - the line disappears once finished drawing unless I hit return key.
- Deleting a text box - The delete and backspace keys no longer work. I now need to use Ctrl-X specifically for text boxes.

Any tips on how to fix this?

Is this a planned obsolescence to get me to start a paid subscription after purchasing a perpetual license?
