Title: Studio Project Questions
Post by: ohmykitty on January 21, 2019, 12:13:18 PM
Hello - I've created a studio project with multiple word documents for editing by various people (up to 15 people).

Question 1:
Is there a way I can receive an activity report like I would in a session? A reminder this is a workable word document and not a PDF.

Question 2:
With a Studio session I can create a report when I close the session, is there a similar way I can do this on a project? All I see is deleting the session with no options.

Question 3:
If one of these people forget to 'check-in' a document for a number of days, can I manually check it in? If so, how?

Thank you!

Edit: I found this https://support.bluebeam.com/online-help/prime/Content/Studio%20Prime/Studio%20Prime%20Guide/03%20-%20Portal/How-to-See-Project-or-Session-Activity.htm (https://support.bluebeam.com/online-help/prime/Content/Studio%20Prime/Studio%20Prime%20Guide/03%20-%20Portal/How-to-See-Project-or-Session-Activity.htm) however I don't have Studio Prime..

I am not sure on the first two, but number 3, Yes. You as a create do have authorization to revoke a check in status. I have not had to, but I know there is a way.

#1 and #2 require Studio Prime.  Sorry.  :(
