Creating comment summary in a 2200 PDF Studio session

I have a Studio Session ending next week, which has just over 2200 PDF's in it.  The only way that I know to download comments and markups is to either combine into one PDF, or do a Batch Summary.  Both of these require opening all documents first, which is literally not possible with a session this size.  Other than dividing the PDF's into groups, which will take a long time, is there a way to do this more efficiently?  I even emailed Bluebeam and her answer was the standard Batch Summary. Any help would be most appreciated! Thank you!

I am not aware of any "easier" method.  Hopefully someone else may know better.  :)
