How to transfer BB20 license to another person

Hi,

I have a Bluebeam 20 license that I will not be using anymore after we move to the subscription version. How do I transfer ownership to another person who wants that license? I can give him the 2 numbers but I also want it to be transferred to his name, so if he forgets them in the future I won't have to be the one sending support an email.
