Hiding individual subject markup fields
« on: October 08, 2017, 08:12:37 PM »

Hi,

Relatively new to bluebeam, I've noticed the "hide markup" function which hides all markups on the page, but also disables the markups you are currently measuring when that hide function is enabled.

Is it possible just to hide individual subjects eg: skirting or an area takeoff when you are going back over the same areas, rather than creating multiple binder documents?

I would of thought it should be relatively straight forward just to hide individual markups rather than every markup on the page.

I think Bluebeam's approach to hiding markups (other than all at once) is to use Filters.  Here is some info:

Not saying it's a good or bad method, but it seems to be the way Revu handles it.

Use Layers. When you have multiple measurement markups, you cannot filter them. If you highlight the markups and create a new layer for them, bluebeam allows you to filter on that Layer.
