I'm guessing you downloaded the latest version of Revu eXtreme, which is 2018.  But you are comparing it to a 2017 or earlier version of Revu Standard or CAD.  With the 2018 version of all the products (Standard, CAD, and eXtreme) Bluebeam changed the interface to the more plain, B&W interface.  So if you upgrade any product to version 2018, you are going to get this new "look".  I don't think there is an option to change it to a "classic" look.  Personally, I think it's pretty ugly - and it's been one of the main reasons I haven't upgraded even though we are on a maintenance plan with upgrades included.  Nothing new in terms of features for me to justify having to get used to the new interface yet.

Glad to hear it, thankfully I only have to look at Revu extreme when I upload documents to the state DSA, otherwise I can stay in revu cad. I just sent BB a note letting know Im very disappointed in their new design.
Thanks
