I created an 8.5x11 document and added a left, right and center header and a left, right and center footer.  When I edit them, I am not losing anything.  Can you elaborate on what you mean by "lose previous entries"?

Hi Steve,
Sorry for the late reply...... I'm using Revu Standard.
To elaborate a bit further about my challenge this is what happens.
I am accustomed to creating multi page submittal binders and use the tools found in the Headers & Footers tab of the DOCUMENT window.  As a rule I will use a pre-formatted and saved header which i slightly modify for each project that contains a project name, address and other identifying information.  This is usually my first step after assembling all of my pages together as one document.  After that i will use another pre-formatted header to apply my company contact information.  In like fashion i use two footers.  One that contains a date stamp and another that includes page numbers.  When I go back to make changes and need to adjust the date or re-do the page numbers I use the edit feature.  When I apply the changes I lose the project information and the company contact information in the header of all pages of my document.
Please let me know if this helps to better explain my question and if it enables you to help me understand why this is happening and what i can to stop it.
Thank You.
David
