Auto-Deleting Text from Page Labels/Bookmarks
« on: June 21, 2018, 10:49:02 AM »

Hello,

I've been using Revu for about a year and a half, and I use it primarily to update engineering drawings. The way that our drawings come to us, the title block is always in the same place, but the title is not always in the same place. Some drawings come in reading:

"Drawing Title: ABC 123"

while others come through reading

"Drawing Title:
ABC
123"

The drawings often come through without page labels and with bookmarks that don't work, and it's my responsibility to create good page labels/bookmarks. To do this, I generally just use the built-in feature under "Create Bookmarks" (or page labels), and I select by page region. However, due to the inconsistent placement of drawing titles, my drawing names all include the words "Drawing Title:" which I would like to remove.

Is there a way to automatically delete that string of text from all of my page labels or bookmarks? Thanks in advance to the community.
