Wondering if there is a way to search for hatch patterns to find an area, similar to the count tool.  The prints i do takeoffs on are for walls and each product usually has a different hatch pattern, instead of going through the print and selecting each area thats different separately, can I search the print for the type of hatch pattern and get the area??  Thanks in advance to anyone that can help me.

You might be able to search for a hatch pattern using the visual search feature, but there is no way I know of for Revu to do a visual search and then return the area of an "object" found in that search.  That would require, at the very least, a scale being set on the drawing for every location the hatch was found.  Then to find the hatch, identify the boundaries and calculate the area - that's a lot of AI and math.
