Convert Adobe lines to lines with dimensions in Bluebeam

Hi,

I would like to find out if there is a method to convert numerous lines created from an adobe pdf to lines with scaled dimensions in Bluebeam? The lines in Bluebeam are currently shown as individual subjects with no attributes.
