Title: Set.bex to single file pdf, hyperlinks??
Post by: Jim H on July 16, 2019, 03:07:31 PM
I always work with .bex (sets) to do my estimating as it seems much more efficient and versatile when doing takeoffs.
When I hand-off a job after award, the PM's want a single file pdf.  No problem. I can select latest revisions, and publish the set to a single file, but when I do, none of the hyperlinks work, or if they do, they open the single sheet file. Everything is set to relative pathing when I create the set.
I'd assume there is something remedial I am missing, and could use some help.
Thanks!

And while I am on this subject, I often get drawing set that contain hundreds of pages, and up to half a dozen revisions... so many superseded pages.
Is there an easy way to delete all superseded pages (files) from a set so I can keep large sets lean and mean?
