Title: Batch print + Group pdf of specific pages
Post by: xvagrantx on July 15, 2019, 05:04:00 PM
Hi everyone,
2 questions.

1- For a pdf with 100 pages, can I assign a batch print of specific pages so I don't have to select them each time I need to print those pages. (ex: on a job site, I have 10 area that represent 10 pdf each, let say I want to batch print area #3 from within that 100 pages pdf. Can I do that?

OR

2- Let's say I have 100 individual page in a folder, can I create some sort of shortcut file that will group specific pages without creating a new pdf.

The idea is that I want to be able to create and edit groups of pages and print them easily (and fast). But I have to keep 1 version of the pdfs. If I merge them into a new pdf file, it will create a duplicate and if someone else update one of the pdf, my merge copy will not reflect that update.

If I use 1 file for all 100 pages, now I have to select each pages I need each time I want to print only 10 pages.

I hope it's clear enough.
Regards,
