Stop Documents From Opening When Printing From File Explorer
« on: February 09, 2024, 12:37:17 PM »

I have a couple of users using older versions of Revu (2017 to 2020), who are looking for a setting within Revu to make it so that when they right click on a pdf to print, Revu does not keep the file open after printing. It works like this on some users computers, but not others, and I can't figure out why. I tried digging through the knowledge base and BlueBeam Administrator, but I couldn't turn up anything there. Any tips would be appreciated.

It doesn't keep file open for me, I use Bluebeam Revu 20.

No idea what might be causing that sorry!
