Send PDF to user on Current IOS iPad
have user sign pdf with pen tool - save and send back.
We are seeing two issues using default method on ipad

and crashes Revu on opening / even preview crashes Revu. (can replicate this)
attached a test file
created word doc > saved to PDF > emailed to IOS user.
user used above method to sign pdf (default method)
Crashes Revu on open
Chrome doesn't show signature
Reader 11 (older pre DC but DC also works) shows pen signature and opens fine
Acrobat Pro 11 Opens fine and shows pen signature
haven't found a work around yet..
using reader on ipad file works fine and pen signature shows and able to open with BB Revu no issues.
haven't checked for any ios updates yet - will see if that changes anything as well
currently ipad tested on:
13.1.2
then updated to
13.1.3
Same issue persists using standard PDF pen signing on the iPad
