Revu 2017 Daily Studio Connection Issue

Almost daily our users are not able to connect to BB studio session. We are using revu 2017. I get the following message "your connection to bluebeam studio has been lost" when I try to open a studio session.

We can usually resolve the issue by clearing our dns cache. I have contact BB support many times on this issue but they have not been able to help.  :'(

Here is the error from the log file.
Exception caught logging into studio : Bluebeam.Studio.Client.SDK.ServerDiscoveryException: Unexpected error. ---> System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request. ---> System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
